Eritreans are very furious about Ethiopians

Post by Mahlana » 20 Dec 2019, 08:55

A music troupe from Ethiopia is doing a tour in Eritrea these days.

Eritreans are very furious about that for two reasons:

1. It is a Christmas fasting period time now and songs and dances are not allowed. However, these Ethiopians are not only dancing and singing but also their schedule happens to be only on Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a blasphemy and an insult to the Eritreans.

2. The Ethiopian singers are including verses in their songs that say that Eritreans are nothing but Ethiopians.

Here is an article, reaction, from one of the prominent eritrean activists to that:

Elsa Chirum is not an Eritrean. She has never seen Eritrea & has no Eritrean origin. She must find her origin in Addis where her Etibt is buried or from Axum where she used to visit her relatives. I confirm u that no Eritrean is furious except for the evil Tigaru like u. We from Enderta confirm u the reality. I can count her relatives from Tigray. They are our neighbours. I don't know why she is ashamed of being tigraweiti:lol:
