Seyum Teshome , you are also ye lemagne zer waragay, those proud Agazian people are noble, hard working people, they were like that coz of Amharu caused war lasting 17 years for day and nigh plus 2 years of droughtt, otherwise Tigreans are the most hardworking and can easily become the richest people in Africa. Secondly, the ones you posted above are not even from Tigray, specially not the lower picture.
