I saw this coming long before today. When investment activities are curtailed left and right around Addis and nearby towns, it is natural that the flow goes to where it is respected and welcomed. Now that investors have seen things move in the right direction in and around D.Birihan, more is to come. Try on Bahri Dar instead. Never been there but judging from the picture, it looks a hell of city with Palms and Fresh water around it. It has the potential to be the French riviera.

You are right, I was under that thought till a few months back. But I was blown away by investors interest on Debre-Brihan. Bahirdar is a very beautiful and clean city with lakeside and all sort of scenery that adds beauty including the palm trees, flat surface....etc
