The EBC (Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commision) had received falsified documents abot Bademe bing under Italian colonial administration. Meles Zenawi falsified documents to appease Issayas Afeworqi. The original docuents are to be found in Rome, Foreign Ministry of Italy. I have heard Italy has archived all documents regarding Ethiopia and Eritrea.
We should stop targuing for nothing. Badme has been part of Ethiopi and should remain under Ethiopia. The ruling of EBC is political not based on evidence. The aim was to put Ethiopia responsible for the war and force Ethiopia pay compensation to Eritrea. Such arrangement might lead to another war aginst Eritrea.
We should stop fighting over small things. Badme was never under Italian adminsitration. Why should a court put Badme and evirons under Eritrea which was a colony of Italy???
