Tigray should use Tigrigna, English and Arabic as working languages

Times change. The old days were Tigrayans had to speak Amharic to act a Ethiopians are gone and will never return.
Tigray political elites should implement policies fitting to the dynamic changes in Ethiopia and the world. Tigryans need to use only Tigrigna, English and Arabic. Hebrew could be given as an option in schools. Amharic, Oromo or Soamli or Afar should nit be used in Tigray as they are dying to be replaced by English or Arabic.
Tigray should go back to her ancient roots of the Middle Eastern culture of Hebrew and Arabic.

We are currently providing Arabic language courses at Mekelle university to enhance our close relationship with Qatar. Our Arab ally Qatar is hell bent on destabilizing both Ethiopia and Eritrea in its quest to spread its Jihadist sphere of influence in the region. Our Weyane leaders are lucky to have a great friend like Qatar.

Tigrigna of Enderta is the standard Tigrigna. Thank you for your puroposal. we will try to establish an academy of Tigrigna Language and teach ourselves to speak the same standard Tigrgna.

የቋንቋዎችን ሁሉ አባት ዘሎ ተግርኛም አረበኛም መማር አይቻልም። ለዚህነው ተግሬ ክርሰቲያን ሊሆን አይቸልም የምንለው። ከኛ ጋ እሬቻን አክብሩ።

Tigreans pray in Amharic? The church service is in Amharic? And preferred language for communication and writing Amharic? So, I think you should respect the reality on the ground.

Yes, in fact, I remember when a Tigrean in Addis expressing surprise when he noticed that one Eritrean was reading a letter from his parents written in Tigrigna, to which he added, "I didn't know a letter could be written in Tigrigna, in Tigrai we speak Tigrigna but write in Amharic"! My advice is to stick with Amharic since you can't write or speak standard Tigrigna.
