kembata,kafa,wolayta and Sidama to become independent zones and after 2 years they will hold referendum as per article 39 to become independent countries.
Tigray and Wolega are already independent countries because the entire Wolega and surrounding districts are now administered by OLF. Tigray is always administered by TPLF. Abiy Ahmed doesn't have any control over Wollega and Tigray. Both Wolega and Tigray declared Abiy Ahmed as a persona non grata.
