ኣይተ ሞላ ረዳ (የጌታቸው ረዳ ወንድም) ከአሜሪካን የመጣው በጦርነት ውስጥ እንዴት ሀገር እንደሚመሰርት ለህወሓቶች ስልጠና ለመስጠት ነው። ቀደም ሲል ኣይተ ሞላ ረዳ በመቀሌ ስልጠና እየሰጡ እንደሆነ ገልጬ ነበር። ይህን ተከትሎ አንድ ወዳጄ የዶ/ር ሞላ ረዳን Curriculum Vitae በውስጥ መስመር ላከልኝ። የሰውዬው ትምህርት ሆነ የስልጠና ልምድ በሙሉ በጦርነት ውስጥ እንዴት ሀገር እንደሚገነባ የሚያትት ነው። ትላንት በመቀሌ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሰጠው ስልጠና State Building in Historical Context: Assessing Liberal Peace/State Building" ይላል። ሆኖም ግን የተማረው ትምህርትና እስካሁን የተሳተፈባቸው ስልጠናዎች እንዴት በጦርነት ሀገር እንደሚገነባ ነው። ስለዚህ ህወሓቶች ሀገሪቱን በማተራመስ የራሳቸውን ሀገር ለመገንባት ስልጠና በመውሰድ ላይ ናቸው ማለት ይቻላል።
