i love Burkina Faso because of Thomas Sankara.. he name the country upright people ... and this young Pm show what Burkina Faso made off.. i think there is still hope for the Burkina Faso the only and the best way to fight any terroism is to take away their cause..

for example to stop civil right movement u give them civil right
to stop armed struggle take away their cause if they r fighting our language oppressed give the language right and so on

in Burkina Faso poverty and uneducated young people might be the cause of all the problem so give the young man job and hope they will not join the extremist .. when the youth have reason to life they will join dance party instead of political party ..

i know Dr. Awash u want this upright people to teach Eritrean one or two thing by resigning... i doubt forget the god himself why the other low level minister are not running way from him is mind boggling

On 15 October 1987, Sankara was killed by an armed group with twelve other officials in a coup d'état organized by his former colleague Blaise Compaoré. Deterioration in relations with neighbouring countries was one of the reasons given, with Compaoré stating that Sankara jeopardised foreign relations with former colonial power France and neighbouring Ivory Coast.

Prince Johnson, a former Liberian warlord allied to Charles Taylor, told Liberia's Truth and Reconciliation Commission that it was engineered by Charles Taylor. After the coup and although Sankara was known to be dead, some CDRs mounted an armed resistance to the army for several days.

Sankara's body was dismembered and he was quickly buried in an unmarked grave while his widow Mariam and two children fled the nation. Compaoré immediately reversed the nationalizations, overturned nearly all of Sankara's policies, rejoined the International Monetary Fund and World Bank to bring in "desperately needed" funds to restore the "shattered" economy and ultimately spurned most of Sankara's legacy. Compaoré's dictatorship remained in power for 27 years until it was overthrown by popular protests in 2014.

i hope u dont compere Thomas Sankara with ur god of Eritrea .. Thomas Sankara was very interesting man he teach his people by doing it himself .. he told his minister to travel second class . he lived by his own means .. sometime u must be smart to break away from world bank and AID groups .. they will fight u back that seems his problem he was upright man who tell it like it is that is he downfall.. u must be smart like meles ... u juggle the Chinese and American with your hand and doing your thing..

meles allowed aid factory those poverty merchant but while he let them run free he bringing the Chinese to do business Meles knows only trade is cure for our poverty but he did not push out those poverty lord AID AGENCY he knows otherwise they will burn him in one time their was 3000 aid agency in Ethiopia alone for the last 50 years they didnot cut poverty rate so why someone thing they will cut poverty in future .. Business Insider Sub-Saharan Africa takes a look at the lowest earning presidents.

There is a very popular belief that presidents are very wealthy people who make a lot of money from their huge salaries, gifts and, in some cases, bribes.

While this might be true for the leaders of Cameroon, South Africa, and Kenya  --  said to be the highest earning presidents according to a 2017 list by The Citizen  --  this certainly does not apply to everyone.

Meet some of the African leaders with the least salaries. They are:


Abiy Ahmed

The Ethiopian prime minister makes just $300 every month. According to him, this is his way of showing that he is really serious about changing the country's economy.

In his words,

I work seven days a week for $300 a month. I am not getting rich, but I am not corrupted. I have a modest office. But I am interested in making [the] change.

He became the 15th and current Prime Minister of Ethiopia on April 2, 2018.

Isaias Afwerki

In 2017, it was reported that Eritrea's leader earns a monthly salary of $500 making him the world's lowest-paid president at the time.

Two years ago, there were reports that he earned $400 a month, which is less than what a Canadian mining company like Nevsun Resources and miners make in his country. The report by Tesfa News stated:

If Nevsun truck drives made ‘twice that of a government minister’, it is even more astonishing when one noticed what Nevsun CEO made this year compared to President Isaias Afwerki's annual salary.

Afwerki became the first president of Eritrea after the country gained its independence in 1993. He has held the position since then.

John Magufuli

The Eritrean leader is followed by the Tanzanian president who makes a lot more than his African counterpart.

During a speech to local officials in 2017, he revealed that he earns a salary of 9 million Tanzanian shillings ($4,000) per month. Aljazeera reports that this is a third of what former president Jakaya Kikwete used to make.

In his words,

My salary is nine million (Tanzanian Shillings). I have not increased my salary and I will not increase it. Because my obligation is to serve Tanzanians first. Citizens are tired of their money getting stolen.

President Magufuli shared this while revealing plans to reduce the salaries of executives of state-owned companies. Magufuli, nicknamed 'The Bulldozer,' has made a lot of salaries cuts like this since taking office in November 2015.

the question is what is the salary of Dr. Abiy we should not care how much salary he get one birr or one billion all we should care is if he deliver economy progress and peace and law and order why we care how much he get all we should care is how much we get.. not what other get i will give u example

money is great incentive yes, Doctor Abiy might not be corrupted and he might even want to work for free that is not the question in is government there are on million workers not all of them can be trust worth hence the money control the out come hence u must paid if u want quality people to work for u... all the top managment must get paid in million dollar if u want result .. do u care how much million Dr. Abiy get if he make Ethiopia Singapore do u care how much money Isaias Afwerki make Eritrea African Japan.. sometime we look in wrong place a right idea and when we dont find it we thing we should repeat the same thing again and again..
