It is very important Tigray to declare all ethnics seek Kilil recognition to be approved in Tigray parliament now as legitimate and approach all of them as kilil and start do business with the kilil presidents. Now Tigray is free to pursue its international diplomacy with other ethnic nations to work together in defense and economic matters how they can deal and it will be very important to set up common defense with kilils who want to join. Tigray should not look back to the failed federal EPRDF party PM, the PM is is no longer representative of any kilil in the land since he voluntarily removed from the leadership and created his own and he does not have anything in the law to support him to stay as MP of the union. There is no federal military forces accountable to the PM and all the arm forces are represented and accounted to their kilil presidents. All Kilil presidents should have direct channel and communication to their own generals to give orders.

Oromia and Southern ethnics must ask your presidents to tell all ex federal arm forces to leave your Kilil territories within 72 hours to their respective kilils. No other ethnics arm force has the mandate to enforce outside his own kilil, all ethnic kilils should be enforced by their own arm forces.

Why don't you use article 39 & leave Ethiopia. Take action instead of crying

Tigray, Afar, Beneshangule, Qimant, Agew, Gambela, Sidama, Wolayta, Kefa and other southern presidents and Somali elders should be invited to Mekelle and sign an accord to recognize all kill seeker ethnics and form your own common rapid defense forces immediately. Economy should outline how you can conduct business without any tariff and border duties and print your own currency to control your economy and regulate inflation.
