Unfair advantage of Jawar over Abiy

Post by dano » 26 Oct 2019, 08:58

No doubts that Obbo Abiy's group is afraid of Obbo Jawar. No doubt they conspired to eliminate him.
60% of Oromo are Muslims.
Which Muslim does not want to see the first Muslim Prime Minister of a Christian dominated empire.
The result of the election will be simply a landslide in Oromia.
Obbo Jawar's party will form a ruling coalition with federalist forces.
Obbo Abiy will retire in Dubai with his Nobel prize money.
The Unionist/Neftegna forces will end up being irrelevant noises before they go back to D.C.
The new genuinely democratic and federalist parliament will convene to change the country's name from Ethiopia to another that will reflect the new spirit-the new beginnings-real democracy.

No the centrist will declare a country called Amharia, where they can freely glorify their Minilik without contest.

Your politicking failed after you spent the good part of your life miserably and now trying to reanimate the dead and decayed for decades trying to hang behind the over-inflated dumb a$$ as your leader?

Obbo Abiy has to make hard choice.
1. Allow a descent election and allow Jawar form a federalist coalition government.
2. Stick to the old-failed-neftegna ideology and witness endless civil war.

dano,

I agree with you. There would be two parties in future New Ethiopia: Federalist and Unionist. I am sure this will pave the way to prosperity/disintegration in that bloody primitive society

dano,
You missed one point though. Both Abiy and Jawar are Muslims. How come your logic operates, then?

Do you know Oromo nation is seeing religion secondary to its nation issue and that religion was by no means point division among Oromos? Do you the history of Oromo and its national psychology before you assert your irrelevant comment?

I know habesha is desperate enough because the Oromo used to help them during Menelik the leper is no more in place now. Thus all they think is one last futile effort that will happen to be nuclear bomb against them (to clear them).

best luck, anyways

we always had federalist party it is called EPRDF .. it is prefect model that we should keep .. instead of

in USA THEY CALL it representative party that means .. if u r living in TX u cant run in NY U HAVE TO run in TX UNDER REPUBLICAN PARTY BUT representing tx ... this is not guess work every state have set number of vote or seat

the most electors are California (55),
Texas (38),
New York (29),
Florida (29),
Illinois (20),
and Pennsylvania (20).

SO IN eTHIOPIA CASE

The EPRDF is an alliance of four political parties:

Oromo Democratic Party (ODP), which is based in the Oromia Region
Amhara Democratic Party (ADP) based in the Amhara Region
Southern Ethiopian People's Democratic Movement (SEPDM) based in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region
Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) based in the Tigray Region

IS THIS NOT A BEAUTIFUL IDEA AND PARTY.. that everyone is represented ... it isnot a guess work everyone know how many seat each get.. in ነፍጠኛ ፓርቲ 100% of them might come from Amhara they will tell it is not all about ethnic it all about ability and they choice only from their own region and tell u you r racist if u try to defend your case.

We are taking about identity based politics but not individual based office.
