ከእለታት አንድ ቀን አንዲት በጣም የተራበች የትግራይ ቀይ ቀበሮ የሚበላ ፍለጋ ከጉሬዋ ወጥታ ከድንበሯ ባሻገር ድንገት አንድ ነገር ላይ አይኗ አረፈ። የወይን ዛፍ ላይ። ሙክክ ብሎ በስሎ የተንዠረገገ ወይን። ሆዷ እየጮኸ ምራቋ እየተዝረበረበ ድንበሩን ተሻግራ ወደ ወይኑ ዛፍ ቀረበች። አፏ በቻለው ልክ ቦትርፋ ለመዋጥ ወደ ዘለላው አንጋጠጠች። መድረስ አልቻለችም። ዘለለች አልቻለችም። ወይኑ ይበልጥ ስትዘል ይባስ ይርቃታል። በብሽቀት እና በራብ እየተቃጠለች "አየኻ ናይና!" እያለች ዘለለች፣ ዘለለች፣ ዘለለች፣ ... ግን መድረስ አልቻለችም።
