More than 16 killed in Afar by armed men who came from Djibout. The Ethiopia military does nothing?

It's alleged by the Afar people the killers belong to Djibouti's army and the Ethiopian army denies that allegation. Here's some evidence presented by the Afar activists.

'የመከላከያ ሚኒስትር ልያፍር ይገባል በአርብቶ አደሩ ማህበረሰብ የተሰበሰበው መሬት እንቅጥቅጥ ማስረጃዎች አሉ በእጃችን !!መሸፋፈን ድሮ ቀረ!!! የኮንትሮባንዱ ነጋዴዎችን ላለማስቀየም ብላችሁ በእኛ ሞት ትሳለቃላችሁ?ማፈርያ !!ለማጣራት ወደ ሰፍራ ገና ሰው እየላኩ ነው ይላሉ በአንድ በኩል የሀሰት ወሬ ነው ይላሉ !!ሳያጣሩ ሀሰት ስለመሆኑ እንዴት አወቁ??
