State of Oromia Requested Implementation of Constitutional Article 39. Sidama Nation is still for regional Status quo.

In a demonstration held these days in Ethiopian empire, Oromo nation in different parts of State of Oromia is requesting implementation of constitutional article 39. Sidama nation seems to be still asking for regional status quo. Why?
Isn't it better for the Sidama to go directly for article 39?

No empire saved in this world all are gone expect the qoshasha bloody Ethiopia and must go to. If Oromia startes it next will be Tigray then Somalia and all southern nations. This is a good news and no ethnic belongs to the empire.
