What are all those Ethiopian restaurants on every corner across the world, who instead of preparing and cooking proper tasty food that Ethiopians (and anyone who buys it) could be proud of, are just relying on decorating and presenting an unappealing and unappetising giant thick cold rubbery and spongy injera with a bunch of flavourless and distasteful mushy looking foods plopped next to each other?
They’re nothing but an Ethiopian mafia profiteering from their gastronomic traps worldwide, charging prices that often do not justify at all the food to those who are hungry for adventure and exotic food!
No disrespect to Ethiopian food. But most of those restaurants, NAH!
