የዓድዋው ሽፍታ ትህነግ በ ዓንቀፅ 52/3/ አዋጅ ቁጽር 218/219 መሰረት ያሰራቸውን 13 የተምቤን ፍየሎች ያለፍላጎታቸው በማስገደድ ልክ ኣንደ ሚሊሻዎቹ ወታደራዊ ስልጠና ኣነደሰጣቸው ተረጋግጧል።
