The chap says to people with a firm conviction that following a decree from the Ministry of Health from today onward immigrants on the beach should be separated from Italians, and that they're going to be confined in a well designated area, claiming that this is to protect Italians from all the diseases immigrants are carrying. But he encounters a highly captivating emotional fierce opposition!
