the best thing to do is all the school pool this one billion birr and start their own food production company.. for example take land and farm what u feed your own students and left over will be sold for local ... for example u want milk no problem this one billion birr will be used to buy 100 milk cow and feed the children why stop there poultry too.. the school partner with business community and produces the food themselves and left over sold and program will be self supporting .. all u have to do is give one or two time billion birr then the schools all 100 of them pool the money and invest it to make money to feed their students... the students can also work in bakery and other area to gain experience ... trust me we dont have to poor ... we can be generous and still be rich...

this idea also must work with all university too.. why the hell the government feed them year after years the university must be self supporting .. even if they open bakery the left over could be sold in the community and make money for the university soon they dont need government budget ...
