Ethiopia's PM might not be a perfect individual as a person or a politician, for no one in the world is perfect to start with. But many consider him as a gift to save the fate of the great Mosaic, when it was subjected to different kinds of stress from different directions. He is one of the most derided person to some of the few power by all means oriented section of the society and in some parts of the country, including his own home base of the Oromo federal state, thanks to the few extrimists and always complaints of the Oromo society itself. Apart from his own home base, he is also highly rediculed by some from those who are day-dreaming about coming back to power at all costs from the Amhara and Tigre extrimists as well.
Other than that the majority of the Oromo people and many of the different ethnic groups of the country (even the Guraghe people, who usually consider themselves the faithful servants of those previously in power) do adore the PM and consider him as someone who is sent to save their country from a danger.
The international community seems to agree with the second category of the home based citizens of the country and do adore him and consider him a gift to the country to safeguard it from any bade fate of any kind.

The federal state of Hesse in Germany awarded him a peace-prize while some in the federal states of the Amhara and Tigre (possibily even the Oromo) in the country are trying to assassinate him, at all possibile opportunities.
