We need to clean Christianity in Ethiopia from Superstitious practices. Some who serve the church are acting as prophetes and healers, deceiving millions of Ethiopians. We should stop such practices by bringing those false prophets and healers to court .
If Ethiopia is to succeed as the oldest Christian country, then it has get rid of clergymen who deceive populations and keep the church for their own financial gains and for the purpose of control of communities.
The demand of The Oromo Clergy to have their own Synode is just and should be supported. The Orthodox Church in Ethiopia either changes or persihes. For the people of Ethiopia, they can re-organise and worship in the way that does not make slaves of the so-called clergy, who inculcate fear by citing God 1000 times a day. The Orthodox Church have been open and frank that they went to dominate Ethiopians by incalculating the fear of God.
The Orthodox and the other churches need to have an inquistion, where honest clergy are supported and those who cheat the people are brought to justice. Otherise we might see thousands of vhurches being burnt down by angry mob from the villages or town specially in South Ethiopia
