to answer this question let us look 16 land locked countries in Africa and compere their GDPP.
Botswana..........................7,595 USD (2017)
Swaziland.........................3,224 USD (2017)
lesotho.............................1,181 USD (2017)
Zambia.......................... ..1,509 USD (2017)
Zimbabwe.........................1,079 USD (2017)
Mali...................................824 USD (2017)
Ethiopia .............................767 USD (2017)
Rwanda...............................748 USD (2017)
Chad...................................669 USD (2017)
Uganda................................604 USD (2017)
Central African Republic...........418 USD (2017)
Malawi.................................338 USD (2017)
Niger...................................378 USD (2017)
Burundi................................320 USD (2017)
South Sudan...........................237 USD (2016)
I THINK being landlocked have it is own advantage u will thing twice and u work harder hence u can achieved much more then those who have access.for Golden to prosperous they have to give up on Eritrea and Ethiopia and forge with Sudan and build high speed train that connect Golden with port Sudan .. work with South Sudan and forge good relationship with Southern nationality ... Gambelle and other like Gumz can join the union but if they dont want cut the discussion short and push forward alone.. this is the only way out for Golden ... but never ever trigger article 39 just ignore them .............. use Ethiopian birr, use Ethiopia embassy around the world ..for next ten years.. after that Golden can say good bye but there is no rush to do so..
now what u think the chance of success of Golden if they break away..?
