Tigrayans need to have their own leaders.
At the moment Raya and Enderta could control the government in Mekella and organise elections after disbanding TPLF.
Disbanding TPLF is a pre-condition for peace and tability in Tigray and Ethiopia.
Any threat from Amhara could be negotiated with the Amhara leaders.
As long as TPLF is in power, there will no justice in Tigray for TPLF is Eritrean and is anti-Tigrayan and anti-Ethiopian.

No group that direcly or indirectly works with Eritrea can be part of the alliance.
ARENA could join the alliance. No TAND or any other that has been collaborating with Eritrea against Ethiopia.
No Agame!s or other from areas adjacent to Eritrea as they are anti-Ethiopia and pro-Eritrea (Temben, Agame, Shire, Adwa are more like Eritreans).

We need to work with Ethiopian groups to have more followers.
