The Amhara people are seen as enemies to Ethiopia's peace and development because of the past. The Amhara people were part of the oppressive amhara rulig systemwhich gave amhara priveleges compared to non-Amhara Ethiopians. The Amhara political elites abused the system so much non-Amhara Ethiopians took up arms to defend their interests and ther country Ethiopia against Amharas.
Ethiopia was using Amharic as working language which made things worse. The idea was to create one national language. But the people in the rural areas speak thier own mother tongue, which is much more developed than Amharic. The Amhara are less developed than Tigrayans or Agew people because there are many historical sites that were directly build by non-Amharas.
The Amhara political elites should work togwther with non-Amhara Ethiopians to genuinely provide equality to all Ethiopians. The Amhar children should learn Tigrigna and should well versed in Tigrigna to interact with Tigrayans. Tigray children speak both Tigrigna And Amharic without prejudice which should be seen as a success and hope for Ethiopia to continue as a country.
The amhara political elites should see why amharas are hated by Ethiopians. They should support more languages to be used as federal languages. Tigrigna, Oromos and Somali might be enough. Or Tigrigna should be the working language as it it has more connection with Ancient Aksum and Geez language.

Re: Why are Ethiopians anti-Amhara?
The Amhara political elites should support Tigray in their claim to get Woqait and Raya if there is a historical wrong done to Tigray by The Amhara Ruling Class. Even though, we know from history, that Raya Rayma was taken from Tigray Region and given as a gift the crown prince ( Haile Selasie's step son). But we know also Haile Selassie has tried to weaken Tigray by taking their land annexing it to adjacent Amhara lands.
However, The Amhara political elites have not shown any support to Tigray's demands. If we think as Ethiopians, it does not make any difference if a piece of Ethiopia's territories becomes under Tigray as it was taken from Tigray.
The amhara political elite is anti-Ethiopia and tribal. Such tendencies and political views of The Amhara has created anti-Amhara movement in Ethiopia, which potentially is dangerous as the Amhara could be brought to justice in the court of history by non-Amhara Ethiopians.

Re: Why are Ethiopians anti-Amhara?
The point is the Amhara political elites should show solidarity with oppressed tribes in Ethiopia by condemning the policy of the Amhara Ruling classes. If land is taken from Oromo and given to Amhar, then they should condemn it. These are all reflection of discrimination and rule by force which will bred resistance to the rule and maybe also end up genocide of the ethnic groups, to which the rulers belong.
In case of Tigray, The Amhara political elites are more fascitic and Hitler like persons. The Amhara should not have allowed the killings of 80 innocent Tigrayans. The Amhara should not have allowed the robbing of Tigrayans living in Gonder, who had to fled to Sudan.
We do not know what the future brings. Non-Amhara leaders should bring to justice all ethnic based crimes perpetrators.
