Isaias is very tall. So, it is difficult to get a double, at least from Eritrea.

However, you can easily camouflage and create a double like the one in the following photo.

Look at the guy inside the car. This way, Mr. Isaias can easily escape a shooting into the car, considering that there is a man in Eritrea with b@lls who can do that, which I really doubt.
