The kebero is not that of Agame at all. The attire of the people is similar to Agames' but it is definitely not in Agame. It was good one though.

This is a village in Agame. You are posting videos from cities and towns in Agame.
I could see from the comments beneath the video that the place is called ጓሕጎት. From history, I know that the ጓሕጎት area is full of amazing ancient rock-hewn churches and that one of the daughters of ሹም ዓጋመ ወልዱ(እምበይተይ ፀበላ) was married to a noble person from there and that she begat children who became rulers of other areas of the then Tigrai, including Mdri Bahri( Hamassien).

Now I see what you mean. There probably are also varieties of Kebero beats in Agame itself.
This kebero beat is from Agame but it is similar to the one in central Tigray.
Agames are the best in Awlo.

Agame-AwlaElo beat is a class in and of itself.
Agame-Awlaelo artists like Desu are always pan-Tigreanists.

The mesmerizing GerAlta beat is closer to Agame-AwlaElo beat.
GeraAQltans were always described by historians as the largest human beings in the entire East Africa next to the now-extinct tribe that lived in Harar called Harla.

You know what? Your curiosity reminded me of something very interesting:
This place called ጓሕጎት is located at the juncture between Agame and another historical place called ሓረማት. It is the northern most place of ሓረማት, right south of Agame.
For example: In the 1920s, while the Eastern part of Tigrai, including Agame, Klte-awla'Elo, Ger'Alta and Enderta was being governed by ራእሲ ጉግሳ ኣርኣያሥላሴ based in Mekelle, ጓሕጎት, as part of ሓረማት, was being governed by ደጃት መስፍን( Governor of Haremat) with his capital in Adwa, as part of the central part of Tigrai.
So, there might be influences from Central Tigrai as you indicated above.
You are just great!! It seems that you know Tigrai and Tigraians like the palm of your hand!!

Thanks!
I just happen to have good ears to differentiate the subtle differences between the various types of drum beats in various parts of Tigray and in MerebMilash.

There is something more to it:
The ጭራዋጣ( WaTa players), like possibly the one in the above video, who play WaTa in almost all the currently Eastern part of Tigrai including ጓሕጎት( which now is part of the ጋንታ ኣፈሹም woreda of Eastern Tigrai) are almost exclusively from ነበለት and the ወርዒ areas in central Tigrai. Hence, the feelings in your ears! Real, sharp ears!!
Anyways, I am in love with the bride (መርዓት) in the video. What a graciously beautiful dancing queen!!!

This is a recent wedding guayla from Axum but I can't always accurately tell where it is from just from the drum beat as there is no real drum beat here but the beat by the crappy drumbox.
The street parade in Axum looked like this.
