BECAUSE Derg and Haile Selassie were not Tegaru. Had it been Meles or Gebru or Siye instead of Mengistu and HIM, they would have done exactly what you are recommending. Nothing Italian or inspired by them should be allowed and that includes books. Any book written by Italians should be burnt and anyone who posses of them should be jailed. Anyone speaking Italian or teaching the kids that language should also face death penalty.
