The whole idea of the armed struggle should have been to bring Equality to Eritreans and not attack Ethiopia as a country. The secession of Eritrea is wrong.

The armed struggle in Eritrea was counter-revolutionary. It's aim was to use Eritreans as a proxy for Arab interests in the Red Sea and The Horn, which unfortunately did not work. Arabs and Egypt will be at the mercy of Ethiopia. Ethiopia learned the hardest way it's enemies but also came out as a giant country bent to rule and control the Arab lands in the near future.

How is hamid idris awate a slave he is the founding father of Eritrean rebellion against Ethiopia. Egypt gave support yes. But Ethiopia got support from the US during that time. Ethiopia didn't expand in terms of territory it actually lost allot of territory it lost its access to the sea.which was the most important one for them. Eritrea won the war against Ethiopia twice in 1991 and also in badme. And since 2018 they won the diplomatic war to no more sanctions I know I feel your pain but let it go.

"Eritrea" belongs to Tigray. TPLF gave away Eritrea to Egypt, but TPLF has no right to decide on Eritrea. Eritrea is district of Tigray now and in the future.
