Awassa properties right conditions will automatically apply for Addis Ababa who ever controls it???

If Addis Ababa worth $100B dollars infrastructure then either Oromo or Amhara will owe to the rest of ethnics $100B dollars less his share. In Awassa all infrastructures built since 1991 by the combined resources of Debub Kilil will be apportioned among all the members of the old kilil. So, Sidama will owe to the others what the amount spent less its own share.
