his liberation front has its bases originate from business strategy. Gurage enterprises have always been rent seeking in nature, easily imitable, and of low employment value to society at large! They fend off against competition by becoming the only one with collective leverage. They deem concentration and collective bargaining an existential threat; thus the need to prevent any other ethnic aggregation, at which they have miserably failed.

the gurage liberation front that is now praying for a redemption through ICIS, to fend against a threat that is largely in their head. That is how sick and disillusion they get. That is why most of addis ababa tunes them out from most anything albeit they never stop talking!

ICIS threat, if there is something like that is due to a disposition of a PM who has largely acted as if he is running a choir! Has nothing else to do with a system, nor is there any background to believe that an alternative, centralist system wont actually be worse!! But then, it is gurage self-serving/self-deceptive logic, so i will leave horus to rant on his own!
