Mesobo cement will be partnering with the largest and newest construction company in East Africa, whih is owned by dozens of Tigrean construction engineers who also own their own companies.

developmental nationalism is the only controllable and sustainable path left for TPLF. I cant seem to emphasize this enough! every other double dipping approach, it will lead to unintended consequences that TPLF wont have a way out of!
sure, there will be challenges to the source of funds around economic concentration but can be explained away and/or portion shared etc. but in the end, it is all safe. but go the way you are going, everything will come to a standstill and worse.
