An interesting analysis.
I would like to comment on one issue.
Yes higdef joined the saudi-emirates alliance who are fighting THE HOUTHIS of yemen.
A proxy war is being waged in yemen as we speak. The toothless so-called yemeni government in Aden (temporarly its main seat) aided by only the saudis against its adversaries the south yemenis whose main aim is to scecde ironically armed by the emirates. Another irony, the saudis are quite aware of it. Perhaps they condone it.
Now to the main issue:
The winners here are the houthis who are controlling Sanaa and a large chunk of north yemen. Every dumb knows that they are supported and equipped by iran.
Just what I recall, few weeks ago the head of the houthis the number one man advised eritrea and the sudan to stay out of yemen. He added that the emirate warplanes which are stationed in assb are launching their aggression bombing and causing devastation to our poor people.
The government of Eritrea is officially now our enemy but its people are not. It is easy for us to silence the regime of eritrea by destroying its asmara airport applying our modern ballistic misslies and war drones and same goes to khartoum, sudan airport but we don't want to harm the poor good people of both countries.
Above are his words. It was in

P.S. if the houthi's missiles land at asmara airport, issu doesnt own any modern anti-aircraft missiles such as patriot or S300 (forget S400). Will history repeat itself thus he calls the UN and in the meantime tells us eritreans "ALEM TSUQ ILA TIRIENNA ALLA" as he said in the year 2000 when the weyannes penetrated deep inside undisputed areas and occupied barentu and other areas in west eritrea.
