The time Dr. Abiy came to power there were more than 1.5m IDPs and just the no. increased to 2.1 at its peak point. But now majority of them returned home and only around 250k remains and are expected to return just within 3 months. 1 billion dollar was spended in the process and case closed. That is a great success and big step forward.
