Revelation doesn't know source; he just fabricate lies. The other stupid guy put pictures together and add caption and referred to "bbc". No reference and no source. Everything is fabrication.

First I think the pic is not from the delusioned guy. Second, it would have been an abuse of words to use the term legend for a criminal who has done practically NOTHING for the betterment of the people he claimed to represent except for a huge damage that he and co. caused on the same entity they claimed to defend.
Third, we didn't see any book before about this delusioned guy to already expect a Vol. 2 now.
Forth, if somehow something would have to be inked anyway about the delusioned guy, then it will be purely a compendium of collection of lies of those who are not ashamed to fabricate lies without an end.
