this guy doesnt know economy otherwise he would not think 40 billion birr was wasted. how it is wasted the money is still in economy because million of Ethiopian go the money .. they will spend it and another million will get a job .. those also will spend it .. multiply this by ten factor and u will get 400 billion birr effect just from spending 40 billion ...
