The Tigray people of the ancient Ethiopia should not allow the killing of innocent Sidama people, who are the closest descendants of The Aksumite Kingdom. Queen Eleni of Sidama ruled South Ethiopia in 14th century AD and was part of the Aksumite Kingdom as she was paying taxes to one of the the more power Amahara kings in the area.
After the massive migration of the Galla to South and North Ethiopia in 16th Century, most Sidama land was taken by the Galla invaders. Many Sidama noble ment and women were killed by the inavading Galla Bantu African Warrior tribe. The Sidama have kept their culture and their love for Ethiopia intact. The Galla invaders calla Ethiopians "Sidama". Sidama like Tigray are very well organised but due to the location of Sidama people live in, prolonged war might be more difficult than in Tigray, where mountans and valleys are abundant to wage a prolonged war if necessary.
