Skunis. Why is Eritrea turning to a useless region instead of becoming an independent sovereign country where its subjects could be very proud of it.

How many of the skunis in this forum knows that, there are no Western Permanent resident ambassadors in Eritrea, As we speak, the US is closing its embassy in Eritrea, likewise, The Germans, the British, the Israelis have already closed their embassies.

The skunis except for Sophia Tesfamariam who is the UN ambassador and the skuni ambassador in Italy, Eritrea has no permanent resident ambassador in all of Europe, America and Canda.

In Africa, the skuni have 3 ambassadors, in South Sudan, Kenya and South Africa.

In the Middle East, The EPLF used to have representatives in all Arab countries. Today, Thanks to the Skuni leader, except a consular in jeddah Saudi Arabia, there is no ambassador in the entire Middle East.


When we say, the Skunis are utter failure in every domain, we have a merit to say it.

Its astonishing I thought u were joking in the beginning but you are right I just checked Eritrea only has over six embassies in all over Africa and in Europe only in France Germany and Holland and Sweden and in the Arab world only in Saudi Israel uae and Lebanon not sure why they chose Lebanon
Somalia which is recovering from a long civil war and it didn’t even have a recognised government prior to 2012 has far more diplomatic missions in Asia Europe and Africa on all fronts

Eritrea doesn't have a permanent resident ambassader in Sweden, Holland or Germany, the Eritrean ambassader in Italy is also ambassader designated for Scandinavian countries including Sweden.

The one thing amazed the Eritrean government or should I say the Eritrean dictator always says that he opposed the west and doesn’t like their involvement and talks about cia and western intelligence that want to bring him down but the one thing I don’t get is why not establish good relations with the east then so many countries in Asia. U can cooperate with Kazachstan azebrjan all the Stan Countries and africa I get u don’t like the west no one forced u to like then but the world is bigger then the west

The skuni dictator is pretending that he is against the West to impress his skuni and brainless supporters but in reality what exactly has the dictator done to come to collision course against the West. You heard the Eritrean dictator offering sermons to the Russian President Vladimir Putin but when Russia offered Eritrea for deeper cooperation and to have a base for the purpose to Repair its ships, the dictator declined.

In fact, it was the sub human Galla who joined BRICS and not the Eritrean dictator. Hence, the Eritrean dictator is just mouth and no substance.

It is my considered really view that the Eritrean regime’s reluctance to engage meaningfully with a broader spectrum of foreign nations stems really not solely from a lack of diplomatic capacity or a means of funds , but more profoundly from a deliberate choice rooted in insecurity and authoritarian preservation he is scared to death to lose grip. The dictator appears to be bereft of ideas when it comes to cultivating new international partnerships or elevating Eritrea’s stature on the global stage indeed.

Fundamentally, I believe his hesitance to expand diplomatic ties lies in a deeply entrenched paranoia and irrational fear that increased diplomatic representation might lead to fragmentation of his control over the country back home . He seems to suspect that, if Eritrea were to maintain a more expansive diplomatic presence on the world , those ambassadors could, through backchannels and quiet diplomacy with host nations, foster dissent or sow the seeds of domestic instability. His biggest fear it is nothing else i know how the dictator really feels or think

As such, the regime has chosen a policy of minimalism in diplomacy, whereby a limited number of embassies are tasked with covering wide regional jurisdictions. This approach, while deeply limiting for Eritrea’s global engagement, offers the dictator a sense of manageable oversight but the questin is for how long

It is critical to understand that this man, born in the immediate aftermath of the Second World War, 1946 is in many ways a relic of a bygone era. His worldview is strikingly anachronistic And revolves what he knows best cold war Ethiopia . He prefers to keep the machinery of state and diplomacy small, centralised, and tightly controlled lest he lose his grip on power. Ultimately, his intention seems not to be the betterment of the country eritrea , but rather the preservation of his dictatorship with the apparent aspiration of one day passing the torch to his son abraham when he inevitably kicks the bucket indeed.
