you're right. I should've specified and said, Italian colonialism.
But, every country in the so called third world has always first been infiltrated by the priesthood before the colonial army shows up. This is nothing new, for Eritrea. You might've heard revolutionaries say,
Besides, the turks & Egyptians had never administered all of Eritrea. They were mostly stuck, at the coastal areas of the Red Sea. They were an occupying Force, than a bona fide colonial administration. Everytime they tried to expand to the "kebessa" areas, they got annihilated. Like in Gura'e & Gundet. The italians constituted it first, as a colony.they gave us the Bible but then took our land.
The other thing you mentioned, yes I agree. Like I said earlier, I have criticism of the govt not informing people fully, in time & through the proper channels.
Even there in London, I think someone asked Yemane Ghebreab about General Sebhat. Otherwise, I don't think he would've mentioned the issue at all.
The number of the catholics I mentioned was because of anger, really. I thought you were attacking me for being a divisive person (a la "Abe Abraham", like you put it) & I meant to say that it doesn't make any sense, by showing that number.
Sorry, if it has offended you. But, calling me "felalayi" offended me too, to be honest.
