- የጭልፊቱን የድሮ ኩነኔ እስከ ዛሬ አንድም ቀን ሳትጠቅስ ፣ አሁን በድንገት ከአቋሙ ሸርተት ሲልብህ ዕዳውን መዘክዘክህ አጭበርባሪና ግብዝ ያስብልሃል። አየህ ሌሎቹንም ሃጢያተኞችና ወንጀሎች እንደዚህ ነው ታቅፈህ የምትኖረው።

- ሰላማዊ ለውጥ ያመጣውና በዚሁ ሂደት የተሰየመውን አመራር በነቂስ ወጥቶ የደገፈው ህዝብ ሆኖ ሳለ፣ መልሶ ህዝቡን violent እንደሆነ አድርጎ መሳል የካድሬዎች የተለመደ ፉርሽነትና ጭልምተኝነት ነው።

Horus supported the projects undertaken by the government in the country and thereby started to support the “Oromuma Government” that he was bitterly against for several years. He in fact spelled it out on multiple occasions Oromo can only herd cows, not capable of leading a country. He worshiped Amhara. leadership in the country and their culture, more than the Amharas themselves would possibly do.

His opposition to the government, this one and the previous ones, is by ardently calling for a popular uprising and use of violence, civil disobedience and all forms of resistance using all means, including the use of weapons.

He was an adherent of EHAPA (ኢሕአፓ) which was responsible for instigating the so-called White Terror in Ethiopia, which in turn led to the launching of the Red-Terror from those in the government of the days. That episode of the Ethiopian recent political history is credited for the unprecedented horror and lose of Ethiopia’s brightest and bravest, while also costing the nation immensely from her dire resources, the horrific scar lingers still in many families of the period. Ethiopia has lost the ice-cream of its elitist and scholars by the episode.

Horus left Ethiopia and managed to escape the horror of Red-Terror, the vast majority of his own comrades were not as lucky as he has been and perished or left in limbo for the rest of their lives.

During the 27 years of TPLF rule he constantly advocated for the use of violence against those in power, where I sometimes openly disagreed with that form of resistance and favored more peaceful resistance and political competition between those aspiring to grab power in the country. He admitted on multiple occasions that I disagreed with him on his call of violence.

My core principle has been “violence only reap violence”, there is no long-lasting solution from the use of violence.
The cyclic use of violence has held Ethiopia in perpetual misery for decades, if not centuries. Many people agree with me on this fact and decided to stop use of violence or any form of disturbances and preferred to give a peaceful transfer of power in Ethiopia a chance. Those are the people calling for an end to all forms of power grab outside of the ballot box, regardless of the issues one is contesting.

There are many who support the government not because they are truly in love with what the government is doing but because they favor a transition to a democratic form of power transfer. Those group of people, including this writer, vow against any form of disturbances or use of violence to grab state power in Ethiopia. They are simply fed-up of violence and its consequences.

Horus and co. still keeps NOT ready to draw a lesson, and we are not sure if he has the interest of the nation at heart, which he purportedly does in theory.
