Any Bulgarian would tell you that the Balkan countries are better off without the expansionist Yugoslavia that was wreaking havoc in Europe. No one remembers Yugoslavia anymore except when its name is invoked as a warning to other backward countries with similar expansionist ambitions in the 21st century.
