My thinking is to weaken Africa, the North African Arab colonized nations including Egypt, except Berbers, may create their own union outside of the other parts of Africa. This is because the One World Government Western policiy that is dividing the African continent.

These nations do not vote on the interest of Africa itself but Arab and now more and more it is becoming under the control of West. The North Afircan populations are becoming racist towards Africa brainwashed. African Union is weak and might soon be under the control of West and Arabs favoring these N Africans. The true union of Africa is ending since the death of Gadaffi. African Union could be taken over as well out of the yolk of Ethiopia. Since Tplf in power, Ethiopia is catering to West/non african representative who are not even in African continent! They have no buisness to observe Africa!

Which North Africans are you talking about? The North Africans who live in France, or North African countries?

FYI, neither of them has any power in France. North Africans living in France are treated as lower than second class citizens in every aspect of life in France, leave alone having power in France. And Francophone North African countries have no power whatsoever in France. It's quite the opposite, it's rather France that has strong post colonial legacies roles in the aforementioned countries.
