Symbiotic relationship (symbiosis) is a mutually beneficial relationship between the parties in the relationship, one needs the other for its own sake or existence.

Happy Easter to you too, assuming you are a Christian. Having said that the distinction I have tried to make was between Synergy and symbiotic relationship. A symbiotic relationship is unidimensional and trifles the multifaceted contribution each nationality brings to the table. Synergy on the other hand combines the skills, material resources, and cultural resources to propel the whole society to a better place than they would be able to achieve each singlehandedly. One more point in our society the contribution of each member of the society is different. The group with a cultural advantage nitch in some areas can contribute a great deal to the general society despite the small demographic share. I don't oppose ideas for sake of opposing them, but I get irritated when undigested ideas are thrown to the public counting on the low level of scrutiny they might face. The bird's flossing role vis-à-vis the well-oiled grinding machine of the crocodile teeth can not be a good example of Medemer. He needs to stick with the synergy definition he expounded earlier. Given our experience over the past four years, the idea of Medemer looks like more a smokescreen than an idea that is propelled by conviction.
