You can’t teach stupid. Democracy is based on individual right. A majority vote is a sum of individual votes.
Individual right is human right. Human at birth has no label (name,language,group etc). Human right is fundamental right that comes before anything. Oromo, Tigrie etc are just labels.
I am pretty sure at this moment you don’t live in agame land (AKA denkoro land). You are enjoying individual right somewhere in the western world. Let us say they addressed your wish and implement a group right in the western country you live, then you can only survive as a 2nd class citizen by law and common sense everyday life.
