You may be right because people who are extremists, hateful and narcissistic don't care and may cause damages to others, themselves and their children in which case psychiatric treatments might be the solution to stabilize even though good therapy and good curative results may take place within few years as you put it.

Doctors come to America from all over the world to work. But they all learn English before they get hired by any organization or before they get a license to practice. They do it willingly or they don't practice medicine.

And if employers can't find afan oromo speaking doctors for their patients, then have a translator.

If a doctor from India learns English to treat patients in England, what is stopping doctors in Oromia not learning Afan Oromo?

A doctor in "Oromiya" does not have to learn necessarily Oromigna. There are many non-Oromigna speaker customers as are Oromigna speaking ones. This choice should be left to the consumer, if an Oromo customer wants to see only Oromigna speaking doctors he can do so, but there are millions of non-Oromigna speaking natives in Oromia as are Oromigna speaking ones. The invisible hand in the market determines. And this is not an issue or materially worth to talk about Suppose "sarcasm" speaks two languages " Tigre or Tigrigna and Amharic" and God forbid she fell sick in Sidamo, should she be speaking Sidamogna to get treatment? and then her illness relapse in Butajira should she be speaking Guragena?, and this happens again in Sebeta, should she speak again Oromigna, otherwise she will die because she failed to prove she can talk several languages This a joke. People needs bread to put into their mouth, not Oromifa. The Oromos need bread to not other to waste their time studying Oromifa.

Exactly. Let the oromo government try to hire afan oromo speaking doctors only and you will see medical tourism in Amharic speaking regions. I think doctors are now forced to serve where the government sends them for several years before they are given ownership of their certificates and licenses. No one wants to go and serve in any oromo region other than Nazret. So all graduates will flock to Bahirdar, Mekele and other major cities where Amharic is widely used and appreciated.
