I share you view about them not stopping the crying. Of course so long as Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia insist on not being client states of the US, US is going to try to use the kedemti woyane or any other group who is willing to be a US puppet to try and pressure said nations. But even in this back drop of pressure the region can continue to develop by building economic ties with each other and enabling trade among each other as well as any other foreign nation willing to trade. The only losers in this scenario will be the United States as their influence in this critical region diminishes and more friendly government's prospects rise in the HoA. This is already happening with China for example.
