The geo-strategic location of Eritrea in the Horn of Africa is its main Asset. However, that very strategic location has also become a source of its liability (troubles). Many countries that have an interest in the Red Sea have tried to wage vicious propaganda, and worse than that used the United Nations as a tool to weaken Eritrea hoping that the government in Eritrea may collapse and replaced by a puppet regime. Such a strategy has been used by three successive Ethiopian governments and other associated intelligence agencies & media. Before independence, the Ethiopian Mengistu Hailemarim Regime branded the Eritrean People’s Liberation Front (EPLF) as an agent of the Arab World sent to weaken Ethiopia and deliver Eritrea to the Arabs.
After independence, Eritrea is unfairly the most demonized country in Africa. Fake asylum claims coupled with the government's culture of silence have left the door open for imaginative Western journalists and human rights 'experts' to create an extremely negative, false, and biased narrative of Eritrea that does not exist in reality. Following the invasion of Eritrea by the TPLF led Ethiopia, the state of Eritrea has to deal with a state of emergency with the border issue, food security (impacts of climate change), illegal and unjust sanctions, the politicized Commission of Inquiry, hostile media, and defamation, regional problems with its neighbors acted as inherent blocks to the Government’s nation-building process and left little or no room for engagement with the youth. The no war no peace situation in Eritrea as against Ethiopia for 30 years as having a detrimental impact on Eritrea’s nation-building as so much of the resources were being put into the national service to secure the border and the failure of the international community to demand that Ethiopia adhere to the Rule of Law by complying with the boundary decisions
Soon after the peace agreement between Ethiopia and Eritrea, Private & individual journalists in Ethiopia are struggling to do their nasty jobs in increasingly repressive environments. In fact, throughout the two years, private reporters in Ethiopia & outside Ethiopia “peddled hate propaganda and serious insults in newspapers, radio, and television & youtube. The Amhara/Tigray chauvinists are working to destroy Eritrea and its people. From day one, their weapon has been to unleash "psychological warfare" to scatter and disperse the Eritrean. To that end, they used any and all means of media. You name it, newspapers, TV, the internet, etc. were used to destroy the nation.
The enemies of Eritrea failed miserably because Eritrea is armed by the same if not more defense mechanism. You name it; Eritrea got what they got and on top of that Eritrea has dedicated citizens who are intellectually far too advanced to take for a ride by such evil schemes. The educated, steadfast, and dedicated Eritreans are defending the nation. There is no question that we'll defeat all our enemies as we did it in the past. All Eritrean communities are organized. We have the young and educated Eritreans in all fields of life, we have the general diaspora who are very familiar with the affairs of their homeland more than any other nation. Every Eritrean is more than capable and ready to defend our Halal Merit. Eritreans in the diaspora have also been working hard to defend our Eritrea from foreign propaganda using false accusations. It is high time to redouble our efforts against western propaganda, Woyane, Amhara chauvinists, and their "Eritrean" sellouts.
Good that you have noticed the evil activities of these evil Judas behaviors. But yet again please concentrate on your current blessings, making the best out of them while leaving behind to rote the painful cursing of the past since they are not coming back to cause you harm.

Great advice. Let us ignore the very few useless Neftegna አዛውንቶች expire where they are. The time has come for the government of Eritrea and Ethiopia to work hand in hand and there is no question that people of both countries will benefit a lot. So far, peace has prevailed between the two countries because of the dedication of both leadership and this is a good start....
May God bless the people of Eritrea and Ethiopia.

Aye neger Agame,
Very few loonies don't represent the mostly God-fearing Amharas or the general population of Ethiopia. How do I know? As Amiche and Addis Abeban, I was raised among these people.......
I'm glad that you took a break from bashing the Oromos and redirected your long tongue toward us....that's all you have got. But I don't think it would be rewarding for you to scavenge, as you always do, on the left over casualty by trying to pit Eritreans against others- Amharas or Oromos or Sidamas....Gurages, etc.
Let me say for the umpteenth times:
Eritrea never had and will never have a nasty, vengeful and barbaric enemy like Agames!!!

Instead of achieving sustainable socio-economic growth and positive development outcomes, many African states, following neoliberal, Western Consensus-based policies, experienced stagnation or regression, accrued large debts, and fell into cycles of debilitating dependency. Within this context, Eritrea’s socioeconomic development approach based on sustainability, social justice, support and protection for individuals and communities, locally-led and implemented solutions, avoidance of structural and perpetual dependence on foreign aid, and harsh neoliberal programs, may offer a viable, effective alternative.

Oromo's and other like minded Ethiopians have always been the best allies of Eritrea, despite us not sharing a direct border with Eritrea.
We have always respected Eritrea's independence and sovereignty.
However, I do believe that Eritrea is more than capable, of defending itself against both the tplf and amhara elites who have never fought a day in their life and depend on hoping to have poor oromo, sidama, etc, peasants to die for their ''greater Ethiopia'' dream which would include illegally, and forcefully annexing Eritrean lands/ports.
wedi kahdi,
Please stop smoking and sniffing too much so that you may not get hallucinated too much and then start whistling and ranting loud through your cursed Judas front and back holes. Only the pathological self hating cursed persons constantly keep hating and cursing innocent others, non stop. What a waste of life!
