Good observation. Adwa clans are Royal familes in Tigray, that is the reason why you do not see them being cadres. Cadre job is left for destitute and low
life southern Tigrians.

By the ways, according to many researches made by scientists, the total population of Proper Tigrians is almost only 1.4 million , there rest are non Tigrians!!

I like Tigray music because it’s so similar to amhara music except for the Eritrean instruments they looted cyberally . (southern tigrigna low life bandas)
