Most people would be surprised to learn that there was no face-to-face combat between the Eritrean Defense Forces and the TPLF terrorists. The Eritreans simply rained down mortar rounds and heavy artillery shells on the encircled TPLF terrorists and watched from a safe distance as Tigray's barren land turned into a sea of blood. The few terrorists that survived the onslaught had escaped with missing limbs. That's all she wrote! IQ Matters!

Lost Limbs, Rising Anger as Town Is Caught up in Tigray War
Haftom Gebretsadik, a 17-year-old from Freweini, Ethiopia, near Hawzen, who had his right hand amputated and lost fingers on his left after an artillery round struck his home in March, sits on his bed at the Ayder Referral Hospital in Mekele, in the Tigray region of northern Ethiopia, on Thursday, May 6, 2021. “I am very worried,” he said. “How can I work?” Image by Ben Curtis.
