Wolaita used to be Kilil 9 before TPLF combined it with others to create a Region with the name of a direction. The Wolaitas have every right to form their own kilil government. It is a losing battle for the Abiy administration to go against such requests. Instead, I would advice them to entertain such questions and find a win win solution. Actions otherwise will only end up opening the filed for the Nazis unhelpful political expediency.
