Yidnekachew Tesema, the previous Ethio football federation president said during the only African cup of nations Ethiopia's victory said:
"If it was not for the 8 Eritreans who suited in the ethio national football team, Ethiopia wouldn't have won the only cup it won todate".
Now, that there is peace between Eritrea and Ethiopia, Eritrea's football is going to alivate Ethiopia's dormant football, hoping that we both do friendly games to help our peace loving ethiopians learn the art of football. And the same goes to cycling as would be Ethiopian long distance athletes contribute to our athletes.
And here is a video of the Eritreans who made Ethiopia a champion.
Oh yeah, in the final game against Egypt where Ethio defeated Egypt 4 to 2 the
3 goals were scored by Eritreans and one by an ethiopian.
But all hell broke loose to Ethiopia's football since, when the Egypitian news papers were printing that they got beat by Eritrea and not Ethiopia, and ethiopia to its determent start to decrease talented Eritrean players in its roster.

I said that no input is needed from the filthy agames.
Only agames will diminish Eritrea's achievement, by diminishing a tournment which all the east and horn African countries are participating and do not believe is not important.

Like I always say, I am football analyst and whether you want to accept it or not, Ethiopia's fooball still su*ck. There is no consistency. You need to accept positive criticism. And Eritrea will absolutely be the first country which will qualify to play in the African cup of nations.
As a team which started the African cup of nations tournment (in jesus times) ethiopia should have been competing with the best of the world teams not in a stage that it can't qualify for the African tournments unless it hosts it (freebie).

You filthy, sports allergic agame present, there is no freaking football tournment called East African cup.
The east African cup is a cricket game played by only Uganda and Kenya.
In CECAFA uganda won it 14 or 17 times and Kenya won over 7 times I believe.
Yes Ethiopia won it 3 or 4 times which is good but not good enough considering that when Ethiopians were riding Eritrean talents in football, the Kenyans and Ugandans didn't know what football is all about and your two left legged tigray never were in it to even watch it, let alone play in it.
