Although China’s support to our country is enormous( especially, our city,Addis Abeba is becoming world class mega city), our economy is more or less controlled by china’s imported goods. It is very disturbing to see all shops in Addis Abeba is full of Chinese products. It looks as if we are colonized. All we can see, when one building’s construction is completed, stacked with Chinese clothes immediately. Nowadays it is a blessing to see products from European countries and US.
I remember before Chinese flooding our market, I saw different clothes produced in England, and beautiful socks made from France on the market. That is not possible to see now, what happened?
China single-handedly are monopolizing the market at same time pushing European to the edge. Once a time, I made visit to electronics devices repairer, he was very skilled; at that time , Chinese product were starting flooding the market. But after sometime, I found this repairer on street begging people on the street to buy his repairing materials (like screws…). I was shocked, I suspected that the reason for quitting his job was the arrival of cheap Chinese products. As a result, no one would dare to go to his shops as far as everybody got products with the cheapest price. This could also cripple all markets easily (especially products from local and European).
Amazingly, at the start Chinese products were on the market at very low prices. For example , at the time ( just at the time chines start flooding the market), one France made socks was sold at 30 birr. Astonishingly, similar socks from chines were available on the market at 4 birr. This is very astonishing. Who would buy the more expensive socks made from France? No one. But now these socks are available on the market at more than 30 birr. Why? All we can see that this is just a trick to put pressure on European products and to monopolize alone.
We are hearing the same complaints from Africans from different countries. Indeed, we have to do something to obviate this problem that almost made our product incompetent. I believe that one way of circumventing this hindrances is just to stop devaluation of our currency- birr. In addition, we should stop borrowing from china and start paying our debt step by step.

to stop China take over here r few thing we should do..
1. Stop any new project and finished the one we have and fire the ceo who doesnt finished the job on time.. no fk around
2. give all CEO 1% of the company they run in addition to their salary u will see great improvement and it cut down corruption form 98% to 2%
3. we must see our hydro power as oil hence all power should be deliver uninterrupted give this power transmission to private company if need be or divided the hydro by 9 region and let each region manged their own power ... why in hell all hydro dam manged by central authority .. for example give Tekezé Dam to Tigray to run it as they see it fit. and let over they can sale it to other region but let them control it u will see fast progress.. the same way Tana Beles can be given to Amhara and so on...
4. Ethiopian airlines also should Get Listed on the New York Stock Exchange... this way they can generated their own money without selling EAL..
5. WE HAVE to have economy hit man or CIA or economy espionage /// i give u few example ..
you can go around the world and import skill workers that can be started in light industry while giving us a lot of option not to import the same product ..
6. also import factory that have few step making for example ... Toilets have less the five step making it ... it is beyond idiot importing those toilets... like this Soap Bars also have few step all good have few step can be manufactured locally
7. light industrial park .. this industrial park should be used for local inventors and entrepreneur... there are many start up and so on that need place to start their business if we build this industrial zone for them we will be out of money crunch soon...

Better we agree to return Yemenis aka Amhara in Horn of Africa to beyond Red sea. Okay?
