In short, it's commonly agreed that a title has to be short, simple, catchy, specific, precise, informative, clear, and straight to the point.
Using a whole block of your article as the title of your writing signals more about your poor level of education (and whatever that may engender) than the message you're trying to put across
You need to treat your title as an advertisement for your article, that would convince people to either read or not read your piece of writing - even though the majority of what we find on this forum are more trashy than a piece of writing, or anything close to it.
